AFSA International Convention

On-Site Registration booth opens Friday August 9th at 12pm. 

All online sales end at 11:59AM on August 9th. On-site prices are effective Augut 9th at noon and can be purchased at the Registration Booth.

ELC and PEDS Attendees, Exhibitors, and Guests that have NOT registered for AFSA International Convention (AFSA-IC) or the AFSA Convention PLUS PEDS Conference with the Air & Space Honors Banquet should consider purchasing tickets to meals and other ticketed events.

Regular May 1 – June 30:

Individual Registration for AFSA Members or AFSA Guests. Each person must register to attend. Registration includes the AFSA International Convention and the following special event meal functions:

  • Parade of Checks Reception

Space Force Conference

The Space Force Guardian Conference is by INVITATION ONLY.

Controlled by the office of the Chief Master Sergeant of the Space Force. 

These are closed sessions. For active-duty military invitees, there is NO CHARGE to attend the SFG Conference.

 A consolidation of over 24 hours of deliberate Professional and Personal Development opportunities targeted for Airmen, Guardians, DoD civilians, and their families at NO COST.

GOVERNMENT ISSUED CARDS NOTICE:

We are being told that some are experiencing issues when attempting to process the GTC for special event functions. According to merchant services (the financial processor on our end), there appear to be restrictions placed on some members’ cards. In cases where members are experiencing these types of issues, members should call the card issuer (citi), explain what’s happening, check to see if there are restrictions, and if there are, ask that they be removed. NOTE: Pls give the issuer the merchant category code (MCC): 8699
